It’s a matter of frustration for us that our
wood paint contains a small amount of
fossil-based acrylic in the binder. The
performance of the completely natural wood
paint we previously offered did not achieve
the high standards we expect. So we had to
make a difficult compromise. We chose – for
now – to offer what we still believe is one
of the most environmentally friendly wood
paints available, rather than risk customers
unknowingly buying paints that are plasticbased and derived from fossil fuels.
